By eliminating file administration work at store level from head office, SUREfire HOS file maintenance means in-store teams can focus this new time on customer service. HOS gives you the tools to optimise loyalty support programs giving you the ability to coordinate loyalty programs across some or all stores. You can negotiate the best deals from Head Office armed with all of the information that you will ever need. SUREfire HOS provides centralised accounting for stores embracing General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, with reconciliation of store level accounting at head office level with consolidations at all levels available. SUREfire HOS allows deals with suppliers to be set and maintained throughout all stores. Deals are set up by Head Office starting with negotiation, through to activation and deal claims. These can be both sales and purchase based. Ritchies continue to grow with SUREfireRitchies have now rolled SUREfire into all NSW and Queensland supermarkets, plus all Liquor stores throughout Australia.
